Our founding partners believed that there was an opportunity to better provide for our clients, our employees, and our communities.

Our clients deserve the opportunity to reduce their cost of risk at a fair price and through an equitable process. With so much of the business of insurance being automated and transactional, our firm is established on building individual relationships and serving as advocates for our clients at a personal level.

From our management team to the person answering the phones – our goal is to find, train, and support the best and brightest talent in our industry. We are proud of the team we have built and even prouder of the team we are building.

In addition to providing for our clients at unprecedented levels and securing the most talented team available, our heritage is to give back to the community that has given us so much. Although our financial support of local charitable organizations is valuable, we are most fulfilled by the time and talent we dedicate to these groups.
